Our Wholehearted Success Mentoring Program helps you achieve the success you dream of!
Working one-on-one with an experienced mentor allows you to set realistic goals, brainstorm new ideas, overcome any challenges that come your way and stay on track with your biz – month in, month out. It’s the ideal way to keep you accountable so you actually get stuff done!!!
All businesses are different, so our packages can be tailored specifically to meet your needs as you grow – from a soloist just starting out to a more established business with staff, premises and the whole shebang!
As well as your regular mentoring sessions, we include a 3-hour Business Clarity, Marketing Strategy and Goal Setting Session at the commencement of this program so that we both have a thorough understanding of your business’ strategy, purpose and goals, ready to take effective action.
With over 20 years industry experience and an MBA under my belt, I can certainly help you check your numbers, sort out your systems, and advise on the best strategy for your business to achieve your business and life goals. But it is my unique approach to marketing that really sets this program apart – I know what makes small/micro business marketing tick! With a unique blend of high level strategic vision, combined with hands-on skills honed over many years (including in my own businesses), I will not only help you identify exactly which areas of marketing you most need help with, but also provide you with the knowledge, skills and resources you need to implement your marketing plan and build the business of your dreams.

It is aimed especially at small or micro business owners who are serious about making their business a financial success and achieving sustainable growth, while allowing them to live a fulfilled, purpose-driven life as a whole.
You will especially love our approach if you’re the type of person who feels overwhelmed or confused by the range of modern marketing methods available, or are finding it confronting or challenging to put yourself and your business “out there”! I have worked with all different sorts of business owners who are not traditionally “marketing” people – including holistic and wellbeing practitioners, educators and academics, artists and other creative types, as well as ethical and sustainable business owners – helping them feel comfortable with marketing, and giving them the confidence, skills and resources to achieve their personal and financial goals.
Please note: As our “human-to-human” marketing approach can tend towards being a slow-burn strategy, this program is not really suited to startup businesses looking for rapid growth or seeking external funding via venture capital/angel funding, or businesses in financial crisis requiring a rapid turn-around. I often talk about Purpose in marketing and business - knowing your WHY – and WHY that matters.
It is MY Purpose to work with other small business owners to incorporate "wholehearted marketing" principles into their business practices. I love mentoring small business owners and joining them on their business journey as they implement their ideas, learn new skills and reach their goals.
My own small business journey has not always been smooth, but it has been incredibly fulfilling. With a little hindsight, I can see how many of the mistakes and challenges I faced in my early days in business were incredible learning experiences that I can now share with others. With over 20 years' industry experience, plus relevant business and marketing qualifications, I feel well positioned to support business owners on their own exciting business journeys – and hopefully help them avoid some of the nastier roadblocks and wrong turns that can hinder their success.
I believe that as small business owners we have an incredible opportunity to do great things in the world – not only within our businesses – but also in our families, communities and the world as a whole. I believe that together we can create a world where success is measured not by the size of our homes or the cars that we drive, but by how much happiness we share with others and how much joy and harmony we create in our lives and of those around us.
This is my dream, and WHY I created Wholehearted Marketing in first place.
